UPGRADING THE HEADLAMP WIRING:

This upgrade will gain you about 2+ VDC at the bulbs, and provide a whiter, brighter light from the stock bulbs, and provide larger gauge wiring to upgraded wattage bulbs that may damage the OEM wiring.  This is also a MUST for installing HID ballasts, as under voltage will damage them. The plug-in base can be made from a modified 9007 bulb, with the glass cut off, and wires attached and epoxied into place. The wires can be crimped to the bulb base using butt-connectors of appropriate size. I wrapped electrical tape in a cylindrical fashion around the base to provide a form for the epoxy.
